CCC (Underwater Engineering) S.A.L. is committed to achieving a Quality product and customer satisfaction by providing the best possible Marine, Diving and Remote Operating Vehicle (ROV) services that meet international standards. However, no activity is more important than the identification of hazards and ensuring that practical and effective control measures are in place to protect the Health and Safety of employees, contractors and interested parties while ensuring the environment is not adversely affected by our activities. These concerns will always take precedence over any commercial considerations.

The specific objectives of CCC (UE) are to

• Provide safe and healthy working conditions and environment for all employees.

• Establish safeguards through the process of risk assessment against all identified hazards.

• Continuously improve employee skills through a defined training programme, including emergency preparedness related to safety and environmental protection.

• Improve business processes and strive towards total quality.

• Carry out QHSE audits and inspections of its own operations and facilities.

• Monitor and measure its QHSE performance.

• Develop and implement a Management System conforming to International Standards, Codes and Guidelines such as, ISO, OHSAS, ISM, ISPS, MARPOL and IMCA.

QHSE Management System

CCC (UWE) complies with the requirements of the following international standards to effectively manage and control its Quality, Health, Safety and Environment (QHSE) obligations:

• ISO 9001:2015 – Quality Management Systems
• ISO 14001:2015 – Environmental Management Systems
• ISO 45001:2018 – Occupational Health and Safety Management Systems

The introduction of the ISM-Code has set the requirement for CCC (UE) management as a ship-owner to provide an international standard for the safe management and operation of CCC Vessels by ensuring safety at sea, prevention of human injury or loss of life, avoidance of damage to the environment, in particular to the marine environment and to property.

CCC UWE implemented Maritime Labour Convention (MLC, 2006) in August 2013 and follows its protocols to ensure a better protected and more efficient marine workforce.
